Leaving Turkey above Pakistan and Iran is a bit absurd. Pakistan is a nuclear country, Iran also. Iran is a country that builds everything from scratch so at war time Iran can produce 10s if not 100s of afforementioned military equipment. Iran has vast resources of oil and gas.

Among Iran, Turkey and Pakistan below is my order, with nukes:

1. Pakistan
2.Iran
3. Turkey

If we take nukes out of the equation, below is the order:

F-14 is outdated and how many F-14s ?

Iranian Navy is totaly outdated

F14 is completely changed. Except maybe its airframe

All of the engine, radar, avionics are changed and unpgraded to Iranian version.

Do you really make Iranian component for your Tomcat engine to make it operational until now ? Or is it just spares from Iran Contra event ?

No, they are new images from upgrading tomcats. No spare parts remaining from Iran-contra. The upgrading process started in the year 2009 and was said to be finished in year 2020.

Iranian F14s lacked Air2ground attack capability but thanks to new Changes and upgrades they can target ships also.

I mention you some of those upgrades

Sejjil air2air with medium range equppied on F14 beside Long range Phoenix.

Iranian version of Long range Phoenix called Fakour 90 with 180-190 KM Range.

Fakour 90 being tested.

Integration of new radar with R27 air2air missile

Well I think if our industry is good at metallurgy, it should not be difficult to copy US engine. But the main engine body IMO last quite long, so what we need to do is to make the engine component that need to be replace periodically. What do you think ?

True.
Also the airframe lasts Long. No need to change them even after 40 years of Service.

Most important Metal in regards to metallurgy is high purity Titanium and its deiiferent superalloys. Iran has been importing it from an unknown country Possibly China for years until recently that Iran developed the required infrastructures and Titanium mines in Urumia and Kerman. Everything is prepared for unveiling new fighter jet, inshallah

it think only Iranian would think Their Air forse or ships are better than Turkish ones.. those 120 ton submarines makes me laugh, Turkey build unmanned submarines in that weight and doesnt add it as inwentory
