Ultimately all the chinese oil barges have to go through Gulf of aden amd straits of hormuz which is very close to indian western fleet. Just take a look , how close these sea lines of communications are to western indian coast.

Not possible , myanmmar military Junta has good relations with indian government and there is close cooperation between myanmmar military and assam rifles to curb cross border terrorism. Myanmmar has a long western border with india , it cannot risk to make an enemy out of india , we have helped them by providing them with a submarine recently
