Ashfaq Ahmad was one of those persons with whom if you sit down to talk, you will not feel like getting up and leaving the conversation. Its not just knowledge but its the way of talking and conversing while sending information across. He will come down to the level of his audience. How many people today have this quality? actually none.

This is surprising and totally true...I shared but nobody liked until you found and liked. I used to visit him with my father but I was quite young at that time and then I moved aboard with my family and, in 2004, I heard the news of this death. But he left a lot of beautiful memories with us.
His episodes are not just dry lectures but they have an intrinsic element of hilarity and humour that is subtle, natural, fresh and unique. I love his way of narration and how in a lighter way he conveys his message that's really deep and philosophical.
I wish we had him a bit longer but I guess we didn't deserve him as our tastes have been distorted by explicit comedy and shallow lines.
