Why are government ministers talking about politics of a dynasty when they should be running ministries?

I wonder which department in Pakistan is left, that has not begged SCP to forgive PM for financial corruption. Nawaz is worse than worst possible Oligarchy, maybe after his rule, his style of rule would be referred as $harifarchy - see my definition below
