I seriously don't think there's any other way for this institution to receive structurual reforms that doesn't involve brute force...

First off, Imran Khan needs to stop playing by the books and must accept he's up against a morally bankrupt opposition in a morally bankrupt society. Whether he needs to use blackmail tactics, blackmail with whatever leverage he has, he should do it.

There is big reason. He was about to compromise national security by exposing ISI and Nawaz sharif money laundering schemes.

Police employees were charged and prosecuted but eventually acquitted by the court in Sahiwal tragedy. I am not sure if government filed an appeal about that acquittal.
