Most people would expect close to 100% of their overseas students to be coming back.


Let me rephrase that for you..

Most parents who send their children off to get an andvanced education overseas would expect their children to return afterwards. When students decide after their education is done to stay and work in that foreign country instead of returning home....that is a brain drain.

Anything less than having 100% of those foreign educated students coming back is a brain drain.

Let us put this into a basic mathematical equation:

No of children returning = (Number of children graduated x % who will go overseas) x Expected Return Rate (0.1% or less -- this is needing to be obtained from statistical bureaus).

So let this wumao lizard go and figure these numbers out and extract these from a legit source and then we can speak .
