Only thing is we have been waiting a decade for the right time and it has not yet come around .

And the only ones coming up empty is pakistan .So it fits more to pakistan.

So the arrested were so un-committed 'fidayeen' that they immediately revealed they are from Pakistan?

But I must say Pakistan should allow people to cross into Kashmir and give their occupation army a tough time. After all Kashmir is a disputed territory and Line of Control only a cease fire line, not an international border. This policy of reining in freedom fighters hasn't worked as India's stance and attitude towards resolution of this core issue has become more arrogant and unacceptable.
