That is not something unique to our loan. If you look at Chinese loans to Pakistan they will have the same deal and the interest is about 2%. Entire CPEC construction will be done by Chinese state owned companies. State owned Chinese Companies hire only their own people. That means "NO Employment For Pakistani people". I read it somewhere that even the security of CPEC will be delegated to PLA.
