Hi, i think minority have nothing to worry about change in syria, they will be full citizen be it the christian, druze, even alawite.
But that doesnt mean the men who are responsible for killing, raping, tortuting will not be judged, and speaking about the nature of the regime, its well known that the regime have for decades be sectarian to the core packing the army and intelligence of alawite

About iran, its well known that the regime in tehran is not popular, is a theocracy and is sectarian to the core. That explain the full support they give to the minority regime in syria despite beeing baathist

The minorities are always used as an excuse for those who deny Al Bashar's doing. They will be fine even if he's out of power.
