Last I heard India was trying desperately to become a full time member of SCO and some countries ( we all know who ) were subverting the attempts.

I personally would be honored to say that my country is a part of an Asian Union than to have it under any foreign land.. Once we join we become equal and the land dispute can be easily solved once we have a stable and cool mind with the person who we talk to, we become more understanding and probably we can just travel to china on tolls just as the European union.

please come out of your dream land. EU never had any border problems and are far smaller to have an individual say in world politics. In/Cn/Ru are much bigger countries and they have border disputes running. I dont see any AU in next 50 years or so.

why not? I dont see any problem for Asian Unioe being far more better than the EU or even NATO.
All the EU members were having problems with each others, did u forgot WW I & II,
but 50 years down the line we see EU and admires it.

We can definitely make a better & much stronget Asian Union than EU & NATO.
Then the world power center will shift to us & the world trade corrency will be some common corency of the Asian Union in line with Euor.

Not feasible if country like china will peg their yuan value as some multiple times the new currency value. That will defeat it's purpose.
Anyways, sticking to the topic, the missiles tested off the block are regular tests and does not even merit a new thread. We will continue to do those tests always and continue to improve on ourselves even we met with failure this time.

Any news about the Shaurya hypersonic cruise missiles??Have they been cleared for mass production??Have they been deploid in service??Didn't headrd any thing about that for a long time..

Some more tests are needed to verify critical parameters before giving the final operational clearance for induction/deployment.
