If army takes action against these type of culprits than everyone should start barking in street, public places, gatherings that:
Army wants to remain in power
Army doesn't like democracy
Army wants to hold on all economic resources
Army wants to drive country's affairs like a one man show
Army wants to eliminate all political parties & also political system
Army is going to introduce new era of dictatorship
Army is going to route out all political parties
Army is going to make another East Pakistan
Last but not the least, ye sab bahana ha
Asal baat to bas iqtedaar main aana ha

So, in this situation what's the possible options for army to take serious actions against a specific case

my only question is. why the national security breach is just for army to handle?
we have other institutions that should have taken up the issue.

the supreme court apparently has bigger fish to fry in gutka trade and missing link in the evolution chain.
Pemra has its own jihaad going on

the police cannot find their own officials.

so i guess these empty words qanoonz ki baladasteez only apply to the poor and the oppressed as always.

Construction of Rail Road,from Kabul to Lahore itself would cost several billion dollors.That doesn't sounds practical from business point of view.If they are building let them do it.

India Wins Bid for 'Jewel' of Afghan Ore Deposits

KABUL—India secured a potentially lucrative foothold in Afghanistan as a group of seven companies won rights to develop a large share of the country's largest iron-ore deposit.

Afghanistan's Ministry of Mines awarded the concession for four of five blocks in the Hajigak deposit to a consortium of Indian firms led by the state-owned Steel Authority of India Ltd. Canada's Kilo Goldmines Ltd. won the fifth block.

The agreement comes less than two months after Afghanistan and India signed a strategic partnership deal. "This as an initial foot in the door, which will make Afghanistan a visible destination for other Indian companies," said an official at the Indian Embassy in Kabul.

The Hajigak deal must still be approved by President Hamid Karzai and his cabinet. It will require a $14 billion investment from the winning firms and take at least five years to get up and running, said Jawad Omar, a spokesman for the Afghan mining ministry.

India's high-profile presence in Afghanistan has the potential to antagonize archrival Pakistan, which views any Indian activity in the country with intense suspicion.
