"I was very happy that I will go to home as my leave was approved, It was 4th month that I did not see my kids. I was missing them very much. I went to home. My family was very happy. My kids were very happy. Then one day I was going with my elder brother somewhere, and suddenly we got an issue with one man on an overtaking issue. He was fighting with us but I was trying to things to get calm, but no. Suddenly that man (Ishtiaq) came out with a gun and he shot me. I could not survive. I lost my life over a minor issue. That man Who killed me is a lawyer in Hazara Division. His name is Ishtiaq. And you know what, my parents are unable to find a lawyer in whole divison who could get me Justice, as these Lawyers have some accord that no lawyer will take a case against other lawyer.
My killer is walking with some 'pride' freely on roads. My parents have tried but as I belong to a poor family so no Justice for me. With the efforts of Army a case has been registered against him but Police is protecting Ishtiaq Lawyer. I am wondering If my Commanding Officer would do anything for me? My Brigade Commander, Div Commamder, Corps Commander and the Top Commander Raheel Sharif would take the notice of this cold blooded murder of mine? After all I was a soldier and I took oath to protect this motherland and people of motherland, but who would protect my rights? Anyone? I need you to share this post as much as you can.

Army men sacrifice a lot for their country. Staying away from family for months, serving in most difficult and hostile conditions, missing the festivals when the whole world and their country is celebrating, they do things which a civilian can't imagine.

Every soldier want to sacrifice his life in line of duty but not in incidents like this. If Pakistan civil society and police is not taking note of it then Pakistan army should immediately take action and it should book that murderer and his associates.

Really tragiic and sad and this murderer should be hanged. It is disheartening to see lawyers acting like a mafia and this is the time to get rid off these vile creatures who are violating their oath to stand for the justice. Army should take notice at the highest level since it affects the morale of all of the soldiers. They defend their country and pay with their lives and if we can't protect them from the goons in our society then it is nothing but a betrayal and devaluing their sacrifices and service for the country.

Really the difference between "ameer" and "ghareeb" is still present and even in the professional institution like army. Things would have different if the guy in picture was an army captain or Lt and a son of retired brigadier but alas he is just a jawan.

This difference between ameer and ghareeb creates a sense of deprivation in people. However, still the army officers treat their jawans like their children and i have many examples of generous officers who take care of the NCOs and jawans of their units. May this guy gets justice because we have to respect our soldiers to boost their morale.
