"We do not invite our enemies to war, but if they doubted the performance of our weapons, they could put them to the test to find out the results," the commander in chief said on Saturday. Iranian army, Major General Abdolrahim Moussavi.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army pointed out that, unlike some countries which spend hundreds of billions of dollars each year on modernizing their arsenal, the Iranian armed forces are improving their human resources performance better and better their equipment.

"They are spending billions of dollars on air defense, but in their airspace there are black holes that they have absolutely no control over," he added, referring to some countries in the region.

Major General Moussavi underlined that faced with current threats and challenges, the Iranian armed forces are designing all the armaments and equipment they need, in particular anti-aircraft equipment, submarines, warships, ballistic missiles, combat aircraft and various types of armored vehicles.
