Khap leader said that " no law should be introduced in hurry, which can be misused. We have seen such law and their misuse like sc/st act, anti-dowry act "
You know what i hate media when they represent stupid head line and manipulates words. Where he said that he do not want law ? He just said that he want law but not in hurry. Hurry means means we want solid law so nobody can misuse this law.
I have seen a lot of news of misuse related to sc/st and anti dowry. we should give death penalty to rapist, but our new law should be solid so no one can use misuse. Indian society is sick. They always try to break law. Here politicians and rich people always think that they are above law. We have to put restriction on such people. And our police system is fully corrupt. Some times they refused to register case, and hardly less then 10% cases has been charge sheet. Even Delhi Police do not have own forensic lab.

I didn't check news. I just saw this news. Broadcasting means are they showing the footage of video in which khap is saying that we should not give death sentence to these people or they just showing text news and saying that khap said this.

Look i do not support khap type stuffs. Because these people can not think above caste. But on same time their point about SC/ST and anti-dowry act is right.

I am not protecting them just telling the truth , what happened to Ruchika case?. suppose Rahul gandhi/some powerful politicians/business man committed rape means our laws will have the capability to issue death sentence for them?. My point is Indian law is powerful towards poor and defense less persons not for rich ones first we have 2 change our system then everything under our control .

You can not blame khap only ? Look at city people.. Just travel in delhi for some days and you ll see here educated people also behaved like animal. Indian society does not deserve much freedom. We should put restriction for short time and let society mentality develop. Saying death sentence is easy but do you think that our current law system can give dealth penalties on time ? Local court, High Court, Supreme Court and plea to president. Whole system is fucked up. Good way is if medical test is confirmed, give 2 week trail max, and then shot him in public.
Best way cut his dick, 1 hand, 1 leg and write rapist on his head and ask him to report to police station every week. This ll make his life worst then death and after some time he ll suicide himself.

And in this particular case, you were referring to a fellow PDF member who you thought was supporting Khaps, as you insinuated previously. In any court of law, your words taken in context can only be interpreted as a clear threat or intimidation. Criminal intimidation is punishable under Indian law (and I don't mean khap panchayat law, but the real Indian justice system that you are professing support for.)

I suggest you remove that post. We all make mistakes sometimes, and it is best to admit that and apologise, rather than pretending that you were talking about rapists.

And for the record, I despise khap panchayats as much as anyone else, and believe they have no place in Indian society.

Everybody knows who these Khaps are and how they act. The Khap story has been running for long. It is time to put an end to these Khaps. They have no authority to decide who to punish. If these Khaps do have much guts and why don't they go to the protesters and say rapists should not be given death sentence. Let them and see what happens to them.
