On topic:
OIS Bhandari connection was well known and found with respect to not only French jets but he also possessed other jets and other defence deal dox. The outlook article about Bhandari was posted in Rafale sticky long long back.

Singling out French side and not talking about other deals is the hypocrisy that the reporter showed when he does not even know Rafale is French and Rafael is Israeli Company. FYI Bhandari was also linked to US F16/F18s and pilatus trainer deals.

Also OT, MMRCA is cancelled. So this new G2G deal not face such potential conflicts for vested interests.

This alone negates the entire premise of this thread. The Rafale deal as it stands is 100% G-G so there is ZERO room for "middle men" and thus there is no scope for delays based on his connection to any deals in the past.
