Are Pakistani's ready for corruption free society?

I am just curious if people of Pakistan in general are ready to get rid of corrupt practises in their
society. If so than how it can be achieved? Who will lead the movement? If the movement starts
how long would it take to get hold permanently in the society?

I would appreciate the input by the Pakistani's living in Pakistan and abroad. Can some one start on a non violence principle?

As of today we in pakistan do not have a single person that can do this in pakistan. Its not there are no people who want to do this. The problem is that vested interest Zardari, shariffs etc supported externally by the west in the name of democracy are too strong and they would probably have any person threatning their interest killed before it could become a mass movement. So we need a spontaneous uprising. We need some catalyst that brings people out on the streets like in Tunisai it was that guy that burned himself etc. And unfortunatly this is unlikely to be achieved without people getting hurt

I do agree with you that his imrans heart is in the right place. But I am not sure if he has the guile to get us where we want to be. I wish he would surround himself with some really smart people. He needs to weld together a team. He should have done this by now.

It may feel unsound but for that people need to come on road with non violence as its basic feature. Second thing, you need to have one leader known for social work having no single bad history.

You also need to have international media to sensationalize the issue.

But the problem with Pakistan is that you are already in big mess as of now. So, I advice not to have such thing done right now. First solve the WOT issue, create stabilization, spread non violence thing and you will see some change in system. If I feel proud of anything in India, than its non violence. I have heard this word for years in schools and colleges but have seen first time. Thank you Anna Hazare.

I guess, corruptions/killing is in our bloods..........I will vote Imran Khan with his inexperience politics but he will fall to become corrupt and fails just like he didn't success drones dhana protests, he doesn't have strong party supports in govt alliances and he will be heavily overwhelmed pressured by US.

It's really simple, every person, from every corner of the society, (especially the higher ranks of society), who is caught or found guilty in any form of corruption, bribery or whatever, is to get the death sentence.

Look at China, that's all i'm saying. From major business CEO's to regular employees. They all bite the dust if they're convicted.

Heavy punishment is the key, nobody gives a hoot about a movement on the street.

If someone can give me some extra $$ in return for a little favor which is against the law, then I wouldn't care for people protesting peacefully on the streets. I'd be corrupt to the bone if the environment was friendly enough for it and my deeds were not to be seen or noticed so quickly.

But if I knew that i'd be hanged for example if I was caught, well trust me, I'd think atleast 2-3 times before even committing the smallest of corruption acts.

Severe and harsh punishments for everyone including our own politicians and top brass from every part of Pakistan, that is the only way to tame this cancer which has slowed our progress down for decades.

Pave the way forward for justice and equal opportunities for all. No more favors, hard work and luck will be for every citizen of Pakistan, not for the people who simply buy or bribe their way to it.

This is the Pakistan our Quaid-i-Azam would have wanted to see.

He'd be in tears if he saw what has become of ALOT of people in a decent function/working environment in Pakistan.

All of them so easily misled and misguided to wrong practises only because this menace of corruption is so common and deep rooted in our society.

Eradicate it, be just, straightforward AND severe in this..

Yes dear every one is ready and Imran Khan is the best hope right now and people of Pakistan loved and admire him, And will vote for him.But the thing is this I dont think its possible for him get into Government because of corrupt election process , and there are hell lot of wolves in Pakistan who dont want him to be in govt because of his policies and to complete the dream of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

More then that not even Western Countries would want him to b in govt bcoz he never bow down to these demonic elites running the world the best example is in front of u of RON PAUL western media has totally blackout his updates just because he wants to run the country according to constitution and wants to stop waging war on other countries and also to pull out the troops.

To make it short, yes and no.



Why? They just want the corrupted Government to fall and a clean on to establish.
But,
They do not want to fight the darkness and corruption in their selves.

It is as brief and short as possible.
