Arab human shield and absence of Jewish human shield clearly manifest the mindset of Arabs.

IDF despite all negative propaganda against her is willing to take huge measure to minimize civilian casualty. Arabs know IDF is good and have taken advantage of it by making themselves human shield. The case where Jews make themselves human shield facing the Arabs are ludicrous and non existence.

Arabs terrorist will simply murder everyone.

In Syrian civil war, there is no such thing as human shield because of there is no IDF around, that people can take advantage off.

This has happened only in one case. A lot of homes being targeted of people with no affiliations with any military factions in Gaza. Like an Al-Monitor journalist, I did a thread on that earlier.

The people in the video have nothing to do with Hamas nor did Hamas demand of them anything. Those are neighbors who refused to see their fellow neighbors home be targeted. There is no command center or anything in any homes, if you believe so, you don't belong on a military related forum.

Command centers are underground or else 2009 would happen all over again.

There's no such thing as human shield , gaza is one of the most densely populated places in the world , maybe you confuse that with "human shield"?

They're trying to protect their homes. Not bombing homes is not a kindness, it is a bare minimum.

I keep wondering what happened to the Israeli left and the peace movement. Once upon a time, they were the harshest critics of IDF.

Now the Israeli support for this offensive is 87%. The peace movement is decimated. I guess this is what happens when a nation is acclimated to war.

The Israeli left has had to move more towards the center, simply because decades of fighting, and mandatory military service has made Israel's population conservative and right wing. It doesn't shock nor surprise me that Israeli support for the offensive is 87%, but what does surprise me is that my prediction of Israel losing on the diplomatic front is becoming a reality more quickly than I thought. It is clear to me that Netanyahu only cares about his domestic audience, and has no qualm of ruining Israel's image internationally among Israel's allies. Even the US is starting to criticize Israel, and are only supporting it's operation because of domestic political reasons.

If the Israelis thought this would weaken Hamas, it hasn't; In fact, I'd go so far as to say that Hamas has come out diplomatically stronger than they have ever been, and are domestically more popular than ever before.
