Arab countries and organizations expressed on Sunday their support for Saudi Arabia against any threats in wake of the disappearance of citizen Jamal Khashoggi.

An official source stressed the Kingdom’s complete rejection of all threats and attempts to target it through economic sanctions or political pressure. Such threats will not undermine Riyadh, its firm stances and Arab, Islamic and international standing.

United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan underscored his country’s complete solidarity with Saudi Arabia against everyone who tries to harm its regional standing.

He voiced Abu Dhabi’s complete rejection of all attempts to undermine its role in cementing regional peace and security, as well as its Arab, Islamic and international reputation.

He praised its positive role and constructive policies that contribute in bolstering regional and international security and development.

The UAE will stand by Saudi Arabia in good and bad times, he declared, saying this stance stems from the ties of fraternity and friendship that bind them.

The politicized and fierce campaign launched against Riyadh ignores the Kingdom’s reasonable and constructive policies. This incitement “will not succeed in undermining Saudi Arabia’s central role in the region.”

Oman voiced its support for Saudi Arabia in its efforts to reveal the truth in Khashoggi’s disappearance, calling on all concerned sides to refrain from jumping to conclusions.

Bahrain expressed its complete solidarity with the Kingdom against all sides seeking to undermine or harm it. It strongly rejected all attempts to violate its solidarity and sovereignty, stressing its deep appreciation for its high standing seeing as it is a main component of Arab, regional and Islamic security and stability.

It also highlighted its pioneering roles and constructive initiatives in establishing regional and international security and stability, said a statement released on the Bahrain news agency (BNA).

In a telephone conversation with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz on Sunday, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa stressed Manama’s strong solidarity with Saudi Arabia, which stems from common destiny and goals binding the two kingdoms.

He stressed Bahrain’s support to Saudi Arabia against aggressive campaigns targeting its security and stability.

Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif al-Zayani condemned the media campaign targeting Saudi Arabia, saying: “These false claims are baseless and are aimed at harming the Kingdom.”

He accused the media of violating the proper forms of reporting by spreading lies and falsifying facts in order to achieve political goals.

He stressed that Saudi Arabia has long respected international norms and treaties.

“The Kingdom has proved its keenness on revealing the truth in Khashoggi’s disappearance given that he is a Saudi citizen. It did not hesitate in demanding the formation of a joint probe with Turkey to uncover the details of the case,” Zayani remarked.

Jordan stressed its solidarity with Saudi Arabia in confronting rumors and media campaigns, rejecting attempts to target the Kingdom’s Arab, Islamic and international standing.

It voiced its support for the Kingdom’s call to adhere to reason in searching for the truth in Khashoggi’s case, while also underlining the strength of ties that bind Riyadh and Amman.

Yemen also expressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia, saying the campaign targeting it “stems from the Kingdom’s honorable and honest handling of Arab and Islamic affairs, starting with its pioneering role in combating the Persian expansion and terrorism in all of its forms.”

The petty media and political campaign targeting the Kingdom will not deter it from continuing on playing their role in order to confront all dangers looming against the Arab and Islamic ummah, said a statement by the Yemeni presidency.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas expressed his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s constant support for the Palestinian cause, expressing his “absolute trust” in the Kingdom.

Meanwhile, Germany, Britain and France encouraged Saudi-Turkish efforts to probe Khashoggi’s disappearance.

A source from the Arab League General Secretariat voiced a complete rejection of economic threats as a means to achieve political gains, adding that Saudi authorities had clearly stated their cooperation with ongoing investigations to reveal Khashoggi’s fate.

All silent..just like Arabs..It hasn’t change for the past 50 years and is not about to change..
Now if you talk about the real Arabs, the Arab lambda, well they are appalled by the action of the Sauds, and shamed as Arabs to be remotely associated with these subhumans..

-UAE, their king kidnaps his own daughter, not better than saudi royal family, god knows what happened to her by now...
-Bahrain, just a client state that depends on Saudi for its internal security where even saudi security supressed protesters a couple years ago.
-Jordan, probably needs the money.
-Yemen, joke of the century.

Look man your kings went knee deep in crap this time and no comforting words from the mentioned above will make anything better.

Im just surprised at Egypts silence on the issue.
