I'm not sure, but usually there are some military generals from neighboring countries like Pakistan, Oman, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, China and Turkey if I'm not mistaken, but we should wait and see.

I think they are going to unveil Talash 2 and 3 in a separate ceremony.
