Appointment of new COAS , deadlock between army and govt.

Do you know that a political personality gave a statement that the PM should not have the authority to appoint the COAS, and that the Army should appoint its own Chief (I wonder, how that works out )

Can you guess who this exceedingly intelligent person was?

Since Ganja wants to declare Pakistan his kingdom and he can't give up on appointing COAS of his own choice, he is out. Letting Army decide on its own is another opposite and lame, this is expected from IK.

The procedure should be like Supreme Court. Senior one comes for the tenure of his service and goes out. As simple as that.
