Apna Ghar housing scheme fails to deliver a single home in five years

Nawaz sharif announced Apna Ghar Housing Scheme in November 2013.

This is not the first time that the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has launched a scheme but procrastinated over it. ‘Mera Ghar’ Scheme – the biggest public sector housing scheme involving an expenditure of billions of rupees – was announced in Nawaz Sharif’s second tenure in 1996 as well but the desired objectives could not be achieved.

Politicians in both our countries are corrupt to the core. They don't perform their duties and yet want us to reelect them. In the newly formed Telangana state, the new govt. promised voters one lakh 2bhk homes to the poor and economically backward people and in three years has only build fewer than 5000.
Joke is the CM is promising one lakh more houses for his next term. They think people are fools. They only want to stay in power and loot the treasury.
