What's new

anyone here ever did a skyjump?

.
Did anyone of you guys ever jump out a plane?

What would you suggest for an absolute beginner? They told me Tandem Jump would be best option, others say i should just do a basic lesson and do it alone.

After all it cant be that difficult when you learn how to do the landing?

You would need to make sure you pull he chord

If you open the Shoot too close to ground you can say good by to your legs and spine
becasue if you reach too close with out pulling the chord might as well just not pull the chord

Well if you jump tandem ask for a girl instructor..because you are basically going to be sitting right in a guy's lap for the entire flight up.

idk what's worse a guy sitting in a guy's lap or a guy sitting in a girl's lap? One is socially awkward and the other is socially and physically awkward.

Well...i see it as necessary but annoying part

Well make sure you don't get some drunk fat bad attitude loser like my friend got who ruined his whole experience.

Don't let them pick your tandem guy or you will get the person everybody is avoiding. My friend thought he would have had a better time spending a night in prison.

There is no law, there are guidelines. they recommended me to Tandem first, I didn't, straight to the program. First time out the plane, I was out face facing the sky, which is the wrong way. However, you have two coaches with you at all times, you will be safe.

The key to remember here is that it's guidelines, not law, so you can pretty much dictate how you want to do it.

I recommend just go solo, you will get more experience as you go. I'm just about ready for my wing suit lessons. I got ~250 jumps so far. Stopped documenting after 100. Excited.
