I have tried nitro tech till now, nothing great gained only 1.5 KG using one full container for a month or slightly longer.
My height is around 6 feet,weigh 69KG 15 inch biceps(with pump) and 37 chest.
Any suggestions what protein shake I should go for? Many are taking Optimum 100%,I m still confused!
Also is it necessary to go for non veg diet? Like chicken breast or tandoori chicken to get good muscl gains? Or egg white is enough?

I have been lifting for 7 years so you might want to consider my advice.

If you are a new lifter (Less than 1 year in the gym) then I would suggest to avoid any kind of supplements right now.
Your best bet is to focus on only three things ( other than lifting ofcourse ;) )
(1) Eat
(2) Eat
(3) Eat

To the point where you can't get enough of it. Mark my words, you will grow the most muscle without any protein shakes, creatine or any supplements if your diet is good. When I mean good diet, i mean really good diet and eating these and in large quantities

For protein: Egg White, Chicken Breast, Beef. If you are vegetarian then it's going to be hard but it's possible so instead you eat daal (lentils), peanuts, kidney beans, etc

Carbs: 100% whole wheat bread, 100% whole wheat roti (tortiya), oatmeal, sweet potatoes, yams and brown rice.

Vegetable: I will leave that to you but some are brocoli, spinich, etc

You need fats too, good fats and whole milk, peanut butter, cottage cheese will get you what you need.

Now like I said, you need to eat these but in Large quantity and I beleive that you get my point by now.

Furthermore, if you could just take my word and have trust on me, nothing will get you bigger and more muscular in short amount of time than this begginers training program. The name is Rippetoe Starting Strenght 3X3

I would suggest to wait a couple months to a year before you start taking supplements but if you still want to take supplements then
Nitro Tech = Garbage (Been there, done that and it does not work as good)
Optimum Whey (Very Trusted Brand) is what you need but make sure to get the 100% natural one. Do not take more than 40 rgams of protein per serving because your body can not just handle all that protein at once till you slowly get used to of it.

Any more questions, just ask and I would be more than happy to help you out.

Try egg(without yolk), chicken and Whey protein and stay away from creatine supplement.

OK do that and goodluck but just remember one thing. Your body naturaly creates creatine which is stored in your muscle so one thing, google "creatine cycling". Lets say you take creatine for a month, you must stop taking it for another month right after that because your body needs to get back to its normal state of producing creatine naturaly. This is really important to cycle.

I think it has to be:
(1) Eat a lot
(2) Sleep a lot
(3) Drink a lot of Water

Technicaly, that is true but the reason why I emphasized only on eating is because eating is like 70% of this game, 15% maybe sleep and the rest workout. For instance, if you work out really hard 6 days a week 2 hours a day and if your diet is shitty then guess what? You wont get strong and you wont grow either!

Plus sleeping comes more naturaly than eating like there is no tomorrow! lol

But most people ignore the importance of water if you are trying to gain some muscle because water circulates all the nutrition's.Like my trainer said drink a lot and transform yourself into a p33 machine :D

Other points would be use Protien + Creatine if you want fast results.Creatine binds water in the muscles and will give you bulk but nurturing those muscle's in the long run is a pain staking job.

Milk, eggs and meat...no need for shakes

you need to do a lot of bench press with close grip (as wide as your shoulder or just a little wider) this will build your chest and triceps (thats where actually arm grows most)...you need to do something about that 37 chest or you will never get a girl...lol

Mate, I think I know what you're doing.

You've been using Anabolic Protein powder for over a year.
The job of Protein powder is to repair damaged muscle tissues, help them recover and provide the muscles with amino acids.
So, basically protein powder is to maintain the muscles/shape.

What you want to use to gain weight is 'weight gainer' Gain Weight - Matrix Nutrition and not protein poweder, after you put on some kgs, you can use protein powder to make your muscles stronger :)

Personal Trainers just want to rinse you and your money so don't believe everything they say
