sooner or later we will have radars which will detct stealth jets many countriesw also started research work on the next generation radars in a decade we will have radrs who can detect stealth jets

stealth =/= Invisiblity
Stealth means staying hidden until the last moment.
For example:
An F 22 Raptor can detect a Su 27 150 Kms away. But the Su 27 can detect the F 22 only 20 kms away. So the F 22 has first see and first shot advantage. If F 22 fires a salvo of 2 missiles at the Su 27 at 100 Kms it puts the Su 27 in a huge disadvantage. Because the Su 27 dosent know where the attacking aircrafts are.

For that you need a good MAWS and RWR. The EW is one of the major concerns that the missile will be facing...but it still puts the opponent's aircraft in the defensive. And Going defensive is one of the disadvantages. Every pilot turns into other pilot's tail. The basic logic is to put the other pilot in the defensive. Just like how dogs fight...it goes for the opponent's tail and not its mouth. The thing is to make the opponent aircraft to turn first and show it's tail.

The idea and its deployment is not new, but its utility for the military and effectiveness has been at best limited due to its inherent structural complexity and lack of mobility compared to the current popular mono-static type. Even though the bi-static radar is 'stealth' aircraft's greatest threat, it is still far far far from being 'the thing' that will render 'stealth' aircrafts useless.

There is a serious fallacy in that assumption... While China, Russia aim to come up with their own versions of 5th Gen fighters in the next 5-10 years.. It just means that it takes time to understand the composite materials, complex functionalities, engines and weapon systems that make it such a great machine... So, the Radar that will trace this fighter will also need time to come up and become a reality and while you do that, you seriously expect USA R&D workforce to sit silent on a design they rolled out 15-20 years back and not work on the next generation and wait for them to 'fall behind', rather than making it much more complicated and advanced? Damn they could be working on Mach 6 and any of your missiles or radars will be no use then... Let's not underestimate US's capabilities in such areas....
It doesn't take a lot to understand that US is atleast one and half generations ahead of the whole remaining world (including China) as far as fighter jets (and I'd like to believe some more excellent machines) are concerned... The question for you is... How long will it take you to realize/accept that...?
