No dear. Its not. No matter how much you or myself are not in favor of HUNTING we cannot change the facts. Also if the rich are involved in poaching, that is, doing it illegally and not being held accountable for it because of influence, it is still poaching. The thing may be abused but that do not change the fact. Controlled legal hunting AND poaching remain two different things. It is job of authorities to maintain that difference.It is same thing, it is called hunting when it is done by the rich the influential class which can buy all kinds of "rights" to kill the animals using their influence, and it is called poaching when it is the done by non-rich or non influential people who have no influence or contacts to "buy" those so-called hunting licenses.
Once again, hunting have proven to help preserve wild life and fight poaching. Licensed hunting is not same as poaching.
