So if the acceding of Kashmir to India by Maharaja was legal then acceding of Junagarh to Pakistan by its Nawab was legal too, in which case you are illegally occupying that land. The people of junagadh agitated against the nawab and driven him out. India didnt send its troops/proxies to drives thw nawab out in junagadh. Junagadh was acceded in to India after a poll was conducted in the state. This isnt thr case with J&k pak sent its proxies and atttacked j&k. Raja Hari singh then acceded in to India.

Pak has no moral right to talk abt j&k accession in to India when it sent its proxoes to attack the people of j&k and create havoc.
