Anti Crime & Anti Terrorism of Pakistan

There's this organizations known as ACAT PK. I researched about it and found that its more like a TRUST. Anyways in recent days a friend of mine claim that this organization recently got its logo approved from government of Pakistan. And he claims that its now an official law enforcement or so. Therefore he offered me to become part of it. I only came here to seek guidance whether should I join or not? Has it now become an Law Enforcement? Do i hold a future there or so?
If possible plz explain in details. Thank you!
