According to the document:

The effect of reincarnation on culture is cowardice and a population afraid of dying. It generates Envy in people and makes the culture primitive (paindoo).

While Hindu's have no option but to defend these things - their religion obligates them. A Muslim has no obligation to defend anything. In fact, on the day of judgement, it will not be possible to defend this culture.
