Another Poor Baloch Sardar

. .
So when will these corrupt politicians of Baluchistan will be taken care of? How and why these guys have been kept out of accountability circle?

Baloch awam ka paisa hai. Balochistan needs a French revolution against these bloody Sardars.
They simply can't because it is a tribal society. They need to be educated and uplifted. The best way to do this is to abolish the provinces and grant more rights to districts with local governments similar to in Scandinavia.

Not going to happen, if you look at the history of this country and how the establishment of this country works you will see the pattern. They wouldn't touch you if you don't poke your nose in their matters. You think nawaz would be in the position he is in now, if he and his jahil daughter would've had kept their tongue between their teeth? and kept themselves for spreading their legs a bit too much for international establishment.

The fault lines in this country runs deep; they run deep because they were trenched by the same elements who are now trying to fill them up, actually avoiding them. People have to be held accountable (civilian+ military+ judiciary + bureaucracy+ mullas) and then strong policy about corruption and development. That's the only way forward. Unfortunately, i don't see that happening soon.

Feudalism is a curse and Land Reforms have been declared "un-Islamic" thus illegal by the Federal Shariat Court ...
So, yes, French Revolution (a secular one of course) is the only option left now

The Qazalbash Waqf v. Chief Land Commissioner judgment by the Shariat Appellate Bench of the Supreme Court of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has in effect shut the doors of ‘land reform’ in Pakistan. Land Reforms have been declared "UnIslamic" ..... No "action" against this biggest curse possible now

Interestingly, the Federal Shariat Court in its judgement (Dec, 1980) found nothing unIslamic about Land Reforms (by a majority of 4 to 1) .... It was the Shariat Appellate Bench (of the Supreme Court of Pakistan) which later overruled the Federal Shariat Court judgement in 1989, and declared that Land Reforms were unIslamic (by a majority of 3 to 2) ...

What happened between 1980 and 1989 ? Firstly, Ulema had been "added" to the Federal Shariat Court and the Shariat Appellate Bench (after 1982) ...... And secondly, the Cold War had ended and Socialism had fallen !! ... The world had changed and with the declaration that land reforms were prohibited by Islam, the Shariat Court had, in effect, declared the heart of the political agenda of the left in Pakistan to be un-Islamic.

When state appointed Men/Ulema begin to officially explore the meaning of God's law for the people of their own time, essentially, they are bound to get influenced by the prevailing local and global political realities. The whole idea of doing God's work is flawed, and it's best for the state not to involve itself with religion ..

Balochistan is Pakistan. We have a govt. in place in Pakistan.
If he's not paying tax and his source of income is not clean than he should go to jail automatically.
