Karachi: Assistant Director of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has been killed in a firing incident near Jamshed Quarters, Karachi, say media reports.
According to police, four armed assassins, riding two motor-bikes, sprayed a volley of bullet at a car near Jamshed Quarters, killing Assistant Director of NAB, Ghulam Haider Raza on the spot.
Police said that Ghulam Haider Raza was a lawyer and posted in NAB as Assistant Director.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) East Peer Mohammad Shah said that Ghulam Haider Raza was targeted on his way back to home, adding that a same gang was involved in the killings of doctors and lawyers in Karachi.
