میت صحن میں رکھ دی گئی، ماں اور بہنیں چارپائی کے ساتھ بین ڈالتی تھیں، ماں صدمے سے بےہوش تھی کہ اتنے میں ایک بہن نے بلال کے چہرے کو ہاتھ لگایا. جبڑے کی ہڈی ٹوٹی ہوئی تھی. ہاتھوں، پاوؤں کی ہڈیاں اور پسلیاں بھی ٹوٹی ہوئی تھیں. جسم پر جا بجا تشدد کے نشانات اور نیل پڑے ہوئے تھے..

پولیس نے ایف آئی آر درج کر لی، لاش پوسٹ مارٹم کے لئے بھجوا دی اور مدرسے کا مہتمم بھاگ گیا ہے۔

Sir G, it is not Mullah vs Liberal or Muslim vs Hindu issue - it is a humanity issue so we don't have to paint as we wish.
You could not find a perfection among human beings either it is Mullah, Liberal, Kala, Gora, Eastern or Western. Every one has shortcomings so let it be in general and don't attach such incidence with specific one which is inappropriate - thanks.

11 years old child was rickshow driver and study quran in madrasa . yesterday madrasa preacher send his dead body to his home and said he was dead with electric shock . but family discovered torture marks all over his body and many broken bones . police file the FIR and send body to DHQ for post mortem . mullah escaped and police is trying to find him .

Definitely stern response/reaction required on the part of police/judiciary in such cases to save our generations.
If proper legislation is in place, how such criminals escape the system?
If there is loophole in system/law to be corrected ASAP. That is government’s prime responsibility.

i think they need major reforms mullah went total mad on kids sir . beating must be punishable crime and mullah should have been labeled as child abuser . data must be collected and avilable online so no one hire them again . this beating for quraan is insult to islam . how can you teach kids quraan with torture to kill ???????????? did islam teach beating kids ? but 90% of madrasa mullahs beating kids daily like animals . its very serious issue now .

That's deplorable mate, however I feel it would be wrong to generalize religious teachers of any sect that way. Most of them might be conservative but they truly do wish to serve the community and seek to do gods work.

Hopefully the accused is caught and faces his judgement in this world and thereafter.

TORTURE IS VERY COMMON IN MADRASAS . its just normal and culture of madrasa sir . gov have to stop it .

You're right, government action plays a large role in eradicating such menace. It might also be a left over from the past teaching methodology prevalent in our region. Physical punishment for any mistakes was common here too, dogged government crackdown on any such cases put an end to that. Now teachers are not allowed to physically touch the students for any reason whatsoever.

when i was in school 30 years ago it was common to beat students we have been tortured 100s of times but now its almost impossible for a teacher to torture student in gov school . why not apply same in madrasa ?

gov should show monster mullahs that there is law in this damn country . just arresting and doing legal job after every rape child abuse and killing is not a solution . there must be high speed compain against these animals . those poor send their kids to madrasa can not fight legal wars . if they have money they will send thier kids to madrasa ? also 100s of cases molvis when go to homes for teaching rich kids quran abuse kids . its really harmful for kids to keep them near mullah . my wife teaching quran to my son . i told her my son will never ever go near to any mullah if you want to teach him islam teach him by yourself . today i heared few lines of quran from my son .

Is the mullah in this case a "somebody" for you ? Are you going to condemn or condone such mullahs who think the Quran should be "taught" by beating students and the students just memorizing without understanding ( without intellectual discussion ) and later turning out to be Taliban or Lal Masjid supporters ? What punishment do you suggest for mullahs who sexually abuse the boys in their charge ? Simple solution. Shut down the madrassas and make Islamic studies part of the normal school curriculum from an appropriate age and stress upon intellectual discussions in the same way that Muslims discussed during the Islamic Golden Age centuries ago.
