I am from karachi and live near seaview never once went to these thug for a ride. Much better to vist farmhouse or village where horses are kept and breed , you could even buy or ride them.

Scamm is part of tourism industry, no big deal, let the communal authorities deal with those.

On the other hand from what i see online foreigners expiriences about Pakistan is above average usually full affection and love.
