An interesting chart should be supported by the Labor productivity chart in the mentioned country.
If the 'cheapest option' is the criterion, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa, Turkey would all be manufacturing giants by now.
