I respect the name "Ankara".....i had a Turkish ultra-nationalist friend who always used to pronounce it "Anggggara". It kind of wore off on me.

He even had the Turkish crescent mustache. Such a badass, i miss that guy.

Off topic, I fvckin' hate those types. He probably never actually read a book in his entire miserable life. Zero culture, zero intellectuality, biggest source of votes for AKP. I'd sooner befriend a Kurd or an Arab.

There aren't any sensible people in Ankara except for ODTU students, if you come across them you can have a small talk, a little chit chat about recent events. As for others just keep your headphones on so you can pretend you don't hear them. Nod your head for yes or no when necessary.
