The F-15Cs with white nose are F-15s who have undergone a major radar and EW suite upgrade. The EW suit was designed and developed by AEC and installed by Al-Sallam, there is a report about it but it is in an Arabic magazine.

I guess it is the first real test of these upgrades now.
