The analogy is apt, I can bet he probably likens Old Major to IK, Snowball to old PTI members/supporters. But will he say who he thinks Napoleon is in the context of Pakistan? 
Also, as an aside, Animal Farm is vastly overrated IMO. It reads like a heavy handed allegorical and moralistic story.
