China understands very well that Only US will want India and China squabble and sparr and destroy each other ....so that US can enjoy the spoils ....

It is for that reason China won't attack India ....

It is Japan ...that China hates and not India .....

US does not worry anything else unless its interests are at stake

All nations will exploit each other weakness on the International Affair. US do need India to help keep an eyes on the Chinese and occasional poke China to rise a tension a little bit but India need US more than US need India, only US can help India out in case Pakistan and China start a 2 front war as the same time.

Well it's about time that people realize that they can't just get away with stuff. She should be tried and given due punishment. By raising a hue and cry, indian politicians think that they are showing thier strength where in fact they are acting like asses. There are way more pressing issues within the country right now such as illiteracy, infanticide, rape, murder etc to raise such hue and cry about what happens to a diplomat. All of our strategic Asian allies are US allies and alienating the US will be the biggest error we could make

Glad a sane Indian try to wake some Indian nationalism up and smell the coffee, US don't want to humiliated India but India need to understand US can't apologize for not doing anything wrong in the case.
