Nigeria ranks lower on that graph than India -- and in Nigeria there isn't even a religious majority. The country is evenly divided between Muslims and Christians; it's a very diverse country. Same applies to Lebanon, Ethiopia, etc. As for Pakistan, if you consider the difference between Islamic sects, then Pakistan has more than just 2% of religious minorities, no? Not all Pakistanis are Sunni, and this must affect relations between people. Let's not forget that some of the fiercest wars have pitted sects within one same religion against one an other -- Catholics vs. Protestants; Sunnis vs Shiites. And I know that in Tibet, for example, disputes between different Buddhist schools often turned bloody as well. I also think that China may have more than just 20% of minorities. Taoism, Confucionism and Buddhism are all big there, no? And there are also Christians, Muslims, and of course atheists who've been raised in the radical secularist philosophy of the old socialist government.

The other part would be numbers. Nigeria's entire population is 170 million, India's minorities population alone is above 200 million.

So then again we come to the probability of event of hostility among religious groups in a sample population of 170 million vs, a sample population of 1.2 billion.

I believe the number of events in case of 1.2 billion will be greater, than those that can occur among 170 million.

1) Neither these nor us are 'Islamic faithful', since in Islam we can't call ourselves 'faithful', 'of faith' etc. It's always 'accepting', 'submitting' etc, humans don't dispose of the yardstick of faith.

2) Pigs are N.O.T considered anymore unclean, afaik, than a dog or a monitorlizard or an ostrich. Animal blood is unclean, human blood is too, and there appears to be a lot of blood on the pavement in the pic.
