U.S. born citizens commit crimes, want separate state(s), drug addicts and traffickers but U.S. as a state doesn't need a boogeyman ... this country has seen the consequences of what happens when communities are marginalized or victimized ... that is why almost every official document you will see it clearly marked that the state is not partial to any community, color, creed, national origin or religion. It is not the best by any means but there is an effort.
