what is the lethal range off amraam ?

and in fire forget mode could it lock on a target at 80 km range !!!

i also read that Vympel R-77 has a stated range of 100 km against a head-on target at high altitude, but only 25 km in a stern chase dose this also the same for the amraam ?

lastly and most important what is the range for the amraam to 100% kill a maneuvering f-16 ?

I think it depends on several factors including altitude and speed of the jet fighter as well as the angle (rear/front) of the target. However, Amraam kill probability is very high especially if two were launched at the same target the probability would be as high as 100% according to some sources.

Well its simple: maximum range (60 km) is achieved at high altitudes - 5-20 km. At low altitudes the range is much lower.

In addition there is a minimum range.
