The dearth of female singers in the music industry is due to the fact that women prefer to be a model/ actor, or Jo aj kal Gaa rhi hain , Allah bachay toba Qurutul aain and fareeh parvaiz is an exception though

He's arif lohar son of legendary Punjabi folk singer alam lohar, both are my favorite. We call that song Jugni, which itself has many versions but that Indian movie director didn't do justice with jugni
