Enemy game plan is to make sure sheep stays in-charge. Pakistan demise is by design. Enemy concentrate their energies on two offices, crooked Army chief and corrupt PM.

The real situation is that Pakistan is getting help from USA to control TTP and not the other way around.
This looks like a hypothetical situation. USA may not even have the priorities, the budget item to support Afghanistan. It is a retreating Super Power. China is developing Afghanistan's natural resources and roads and canals. China will not allow Afghanistan to turn against Pakistan in a big way. India may help Afghanistan which can be an indirect way for America and Britain to help them.
