it is really hollywood, fashion industry and western mainstream media which popularized the skinny female... through silly questions like "do i look fat in this dress"??... and then, there were the gay fashion designers and then world wars and then the "health and wellness" industries which promotes the thin or muscular female.... yuck yuck yuck...

a plump lady like nigella lawson or huma qureshi makes me hot in the face... but some size zero female like kareena kapoor does nothing to me at all... and someone muscular like madonna or bipasha basu terrifies me or make me go "yuck".

edit : skinny girls appear boy-ish, androgynous, so they have no appeal for me... simple as that
