haha ..heights of insecurityMod, pls kickout this hindia gabage!
Hardly any obsession on our part. We never think about India, it rarely gets any media coverage, and the average citizen is not even aware of the political disputes. India is just not on our radar.
The reverse cannot be said to be true though. The average Indian dreams at night about avenging 1962. Revenge is a higher priority than even installing toilets, protecting women's sexual dignity, eradicating poverty, etc. The irony is that revenge can only be achieved once you achieve the others first.
Before you talk about supapowa things, you Indians must tackle those armed insurgencies.
Even Google knows which nation is it.

Yeah average indian is dreaming about avenging 1962...Lol.
1962 was the defining moment of post-independence India. The Indian psyche has been singly molded by its past defeat. Even today, Indians will scream that they are 'not the India of 1962'. I hope India can move past its single-minded fixation on the most humiliating chapters of its history.
This humiliate India it's not that they were defeated. India was colonized by British for more than a hundred year and they regard that as a blessing. They treat white foreigners as masters as they are categorized higher than the Brahmin caste. Chinese are bracketed as untouchables and the 1962 defeat was a defeat of the Brahmin by untouchables. If Chinese are white people, it would be of little consequence as it would not upset the caste order. that is why Indian Brahmins on this site are obsessed by the 1962 defeat as they look at it from the lense of caste, rather than nation.
