as time pass by u.s will be begging for help, pak should dictate its terms and dont give americans the free hand as musharraf did after 9/11, remember we got time and they don't have ( u.s election r approaching ).

What I've heard is that as Leon Panetta is of Italian descent, he was very strong on keeping the grudge. When he met Pasha in Islamabad and then in Washington, months before he became the secretary of defense, Pasha was a bit harsh on him, eye to eye. Many say that Panetta held a grudge and wanted to make Pakistan suffer....typical Italian nature.

Now i don't know how true is that, but one thing is for sure, American policy is going no where in Afghanistan without Pakistan's ISI help...........and they can't do shyt without getting their men killed......not to mention the recent suicide attack on their bus killing 10 Americans.....they say the bus was armored....not so much armored was it?

brother this shows how much they are frustrated and they want to run from Afghanistan ......... their policy in the region is proved to be a complete failure ..... they thought that with violence they will get desired results but now they learned a lesson that violence is not a solution at least not in Afghanistan ..
but if they want peace talks with Taliban then my question is why they attack 10 yr back ? why at that time they did not think of this thing ?
