America First? USA spends $60 billion to counter China's Belt & Road

this kind of index, coming from western POV, from China POV, america not better than mexico.
ever wonder why America outsourcing they manufacture job? yet they rated Business environment at 1st place.. what a joke.
yet they place Chinese goverment at 122, the most effective goverment in the world.
lol

this whole kind of index is bias to begin with

I wonder why all those thousands of Chinese are running away from China and trying to settle in US:lol:

You been to tent City, LA?

They don't even want you to see the homeless problems in the States. They kick out homeless for eating with non-homeless on "criminal charges of trespassing".

To be a homeless person in the States is a crime because you are not a slave to the system, expanding the Evil empire genociding people throughout the world. If everyone chose not to be a slave and to be homeless in the States, there would be freedom in the world. So it is a crime to the zionists.

When you say the 50's you are actually quite correct in many respects. Chinese can use inflated (from forex accumulation but not really that much internal consumption) USD nominal as a reference to feel better for their raw GDP, but it does not disguise some extremely important consumption parameters (and the time they still lag by) which is all tied more into the freedom, social capital and business well being measured you indicated:

i.e raw GDP and flashy new infra only means so much compared to the quality makeup of that GDP and the relevance/ROI of the infra.

lived there for many years, use to take New York subway everyday. B line. Some time I had to cover my nose cause the pee smell was just overwhelming.

China is the king of infrastructure

pbox.php
You should know better then. Look at your rural roads vs USA’s. There is no comparison. All the transport is handled via the roadways.
NYC has dirty bits, that alone doesn’t mean jackshitts when it comes to infrastructure comparison.
The cement statistic alone can’t define the picture. Medium and small Construction in the US is mostly wood and steel, with concrete only used for footings and slab on grade. For large projects- mostly steel, with foundations and slab pours being concrete. China is all reinforced concrete and brick. Big difference. Other than that- all your infrastructure is recent. The comparison only serves to establish rapid growth. The CCP used this construction to push Chinese growth, instead of the other way round. You still need more infrastructure, while all they do is repairs and restore. Says a lot.
Not trying to undermine the achievements of China, but to say that the United States’ infrastructure is poor and third worldly is foolish/blind.
Also, keep it on topic.

You blamed the wrong person, they themselves said that, not me.

Dear genius,
You’re still building infra. US already has infra. Your population is many times the population of the United States. You’ll continue to use more material.
Get it now?

dear idiot, the US stop building infra because they have different concept of infrastructure. as long as you got road, that's it. they called it "developed".
where as in China, after building road we think, what's next.

OK, we are building subways , high speed raiways , highways, bridges, ports and airports, so we consume half of the world's raw material.

We are still like US in 1950's, so don't worry, we are still far far behind you, almost like a century.

.
you seriously have no idea modern transport looks like.
but considering you came from india, i understand your point of view :D
Been to your country China too, tiny mushroom man. China has had great development, sure better than India- the USA is still ahead of you.
Why is there a boatload if you guys, coming to the USA hoping to stay- if you’re so far ahead?
