ISLAMABAD: AllWorld Network has launched the Pakistan Fast Growth 100 in the presence of an audience comprising 1,500 business leaders, entrepreneurs and students attending TieCon Pakistan 201the largest conference of and for entrepreneurs in Pakistan.
In a statement issued from his office, Dr Abdul Hafiz Shaikh, Misnister for Finance, Economic Affairs, and Revenue said the power of the Pakistan 100 will be to surface new horizons for growth, to quicken the pace of economic development, and to be a catalyst for transparency and progress. He said the AllWorld Pakistan 100 entrepreneurs will set a new benchmark for entrepreneurship and illustrate that despite battling multiple crisis, Pakistan offers valuable investment and business opportunity.
The Pakistan 100 is a ranking of the most dynamic coming companies creating jobs and industries. Private, non-listed companies will be ranked based on their revenue growth and turnover from 2008 to 2010. Hassan Raza of Founding Charter Member TiE Islamabad stated, The Pakistan 100 will establish the first definitive record of the fastest growing, most dynamic entrepreneurs in the country. The global visibility the Pakistan 100 will receive will facilitate access to capital, open new markets for entrepreneurs, provide real time feedback to policy makers and point the way forward for Pakistan to succeed in the global economy.
