if i am not wrong..almost all sattelites have some form of inertial stabilization mechanism...there is a window of orbital deviation withing which a satellite can function...and it has to be corrected by either giving orbital correcting boosts or by the use of rection wheels that steer the satellite back into the acceptable orbit.
