Windows Phone? What are you going to do with windows phone play bouncing ball with it, they have no apps? In terms of Android devices my advice would be to either go for Android One or the Nexus series, don't go for Samsung and other phones as they make many changes to the Android OS, even though the hardware might be good but it's not worth it as you don't have the original OS.

in Pakistan, we have around a million illegal Afghans, and not to mention Tajik , Uzbeks and others , playing Jihad of Duty .
we have RAW , CIA on our a$$'s , Tribal's , Govt, People from every field of life supporting Extremism ,terrorism , giving them harbor , shelter , money , all sort of equipment and information .. i think we are doing our level best .

5-10 people on a suicide mission, cant be stopped unless they either blew themselves inside the target area or 5 KM far ... the damage from the explosive belts are inevitable ..
