1. Social services in this country fail to protect vulnerable children?

2. Why almost every institution in the country with access to vulnerable children is involved in sexual abuse of those children?

3. Police completely ignored reports of sexual abuse.

4. Police were involved in covering up reports of sexual abuse by celebrities and politicians.
